Past president Richard Cardew and long-time HSRCA photographer Seth Reinhardt have spent the past four years working on Living the Past Fast, a photo book covering a 14 year period of HSRCA historic race meetings between 2009 and 2023. The book was recently released, and is now available online at www.livingthepastfast.com.au.
The book shares many memories of the club and its community over that period, featuring close to 500 photographs and going far beyond the cars on the track. All of the historic racing categories that run with the club are represented alongside many competitors, crews, family and some icons of Australian motor sport. If you’ve run with the club during this period, there’s a good chance you, your car or your family, friends or crew will be featured.
The book is offered in a hardcover format, 320 pages long and 240mm x 300mm. It was written, designed and printed in Australia.
