Permit to carry an in-car Video Camera

Filming your own on-board track day footage is easier than ever, and there are some fantastic little video cameras out there that are not only affordable, but brilliant. Many even feature lovely wide-angle lenses, to enhance the sense of speed. Not that that would be necessary, of course.

We are more than happy for you to install and run these cameras, but want to make sure that you do so in a way that is safe not only for yourselves, but for those with whom you share the track. So please download and fill in this permit to carry an in-car video camera, and bring it along when you want to run your camera at an event. The Director of Scrutineering Supervisor and Clerk of the Course, or their respective nominees, will then inspect the mount during scrutineering.
