Our Spring Festival historic race meeting, coming up over the 21st to 23rd of September, is not just a great opportunity to get out onto the track – it’s an opportunity for a weekend away in beautiful Goulburn. Right now in Goulburn a world of history, art, adventure and everything in between is ready for you and we’ve partnered with the Goulburn Visitor Information Centre to share some of what the town has to offer.
Discover tales of a significant and often electric heritage at one of our many museums or homesteads including Garroorigang Historic Home, Riversdale Homestead, Rocky Hill War Memorial and Museum or the Goulburn Historic Waterworks to name a few.
Admire the work of local and acclaimed artists at the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery, current exhibitions include: “Carolyn Young – Inhabiting the Woodlands” and “ACO Virtual” or visit Gallery on Track current exhibition: “P.S. – Postcards and Sculptures”.
Indulge in some retail therapy or pampering along a country mile of shopping. With a range of local stores and boutiques such as Your Home Matters, The Country Outfitters or JSF Interiors all of which were recently featured in the August edition of Country Style Magazine. There is something for everyone from home wares, fashion and giftware to antiques and collectables.

Come along to the Spring fling, showcasing local crafts, creations, food and drink.
Come and support local small business.
Enjoy dinner at Harvest and finish with an evening of shopping. A perfect way to start a girls night out or have a nice family dinner!
Saturday, 22 September: Back to the 80’s

Goulburn Workers Club
Back to the 80’s is a benefit night for Can Assist Goulburn, to assist clients with the financial burden they incur while being treated for cancer.
The night will feature live music by ‘Flipside’ with their Back to the 80’s performance played in perfect time with all your favourite 80’s video clips.
Other highlights include a mini auction, coaster toss, lucky door prize and best dressed prizes.
Sunday, 23 September: Marulan Kite Festival – How Time Flies
9am – 2pm
Marulan Community Hall & Tony Onions Park, Marulan
Come and join us at the Marulan Kite Festival for 2018. This year we celebrate Marulan on the Meridian and “How Time Flies”. The Festival is for the community and run by the community with any profits distributed between the community groups involved in the running. Activities include the street and Kite parade, Bol Running (get a team together), a bike and car show through the ages, Billy Boil Cup and bush activities.
Come, make and fly a kite, meet Kite Man and browse the stalls as well as finding out about the treasures that hide in Marulan.
