Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday evening 15 October.
The AGM is important because it is an opportunity to review the year and invite comment on the way the HSRCA responds to the challenges and opportunities that lie before it. There are important issues for us to consider this year and we value your guidance and advice.
There is a lot to be thankful for in this last year but also some disappointments that need to be considered. Whilst there continues to be strong encouragement from members and participants the challenges ahead continue.
Sadly, we have continued to lose members and their close family members who have passed away, but fewer it seems than last year. Among them are Ken Ross, Trevor Bailey, Ray Dean, Geoffrey Foster and Fred Vogel. Let me know if you know of others. It is a time for reflection and appreciation for the lives of our friends and colleagues.
We will be awarding trophies for service to the Club.
So, join the celebration. As happened last year, meals are free
