Entry to the 2020 Spring Festival Has Reopened!

We are pleased to announce that entry to the 2020 Spring Festival, now to be held over the weekend of October 30 to November 1, has re-opened.

If you did not enter the meeting previously and would like to place a new entry, please enter as normal via the Motorsport Australia Members Portal available on the Motorsport Australia homepage:

https://motorsport.org.au/

If you previously entered and have left your entry in place, you should not need to do anything. Please take a moment to confirm that your entry status in the Motorsport Australia Members’ Portal is ‘accepted’ and your entry will be reinstated.

If you entered the event previously, withdrew following its postponement and would like to re-enter, contact us directly by emailing Robyn at [email protected] and she will mark your entry as “accepted” and your entry will be reinstated.

As previously, entry to the circuit will be strictly controlled and allowed only to entrants, drivers and crew, plus officials and circuit staff. At this stage one additional ‘crew’ member will be available per entry – please add your chosen person as crew in the entry system and include up-to-date contact details. We will be using this system to produce the entry list for the meeting.

Please be aware that garages and car ports were filled quickly in the lead-up to the original date. They will be assigned on a first-in first-served basis.

Private practice will be offered on Friday the 30th of October, and looked after by Wakefield Park.

We greatly appreciate your support and understanding as we endeavour to hold safe and enjoyable meetings under the challenging circumstances this year has presented. Most importantly, we look forward to seeing you for a great meeting at Wakefield Park over the last weekend of October!

Yours in motorsport,
The HSRCA Race Committee
