HSRCA General Meeting and Get Together

From 6pm, formalities will start at 7.30pm. This is an opportunity to socialise and talk about what the Club is doing, discuss prospects for 2020, and offer advice. A report on performance and financials for the year will be given and to that extent the meeting will be a precursor to the AGM scheduled for Wednesday 16 October.
Since we have moved some social events to lunchtime and successfully, we need to continue with the opportunity to meet in the evenings and our past venue is a pleasant place. Note: the meeting is on a Tuesday as the Wednesday slot was unavailable.
