North Side July Social Drive Day: Great Northern Trading Post, Laguna

Social restrictions are slowly relaxing, but respect for social distancing and the prevailing global condition is still paramount, and those restrictions still in place are likely to make it difficult to accommodate our previously-planed lunch and speaker at West Ryde.
That said, we have an opportunity to take the cars out for a drive and catch up in a safe way, while also accounting for the sprawling and busy city across which our members are spread. So, in lieu of the previously-planned event we have organised two social drives to venues on opposite ends of the city for Tuesday the 14th of July.
The North Side, Hunter Valley and Surrounds
For those who live on the north side of Sydney, and our nearby Hunter Valley members, Richard Cardew has organised a run to the Great Northern Trading Post in Laguna.
Laguna is between Kulnurra and Wollombi on the plateau behind the Central Coast and is accessed via Peats Ridge Rd. It’s an enjoyable drive, and attendees might like to fortify themselves with caffeine at one of the many cafes that cater for travelers on the way.
The eatery at Laguna is able to serve 40 people. Its address is 3718 Great Northern Road Laguna.
We will meet from 12:00pm for a bite to eat and a chat.
