Join Us at the 2016 HSRCA AGM on Wednesday, October 19th

The 2016 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October the 19th, at Denistone Sports Club from 8:00 PM.

At this meeting your new committee will be elected, which means that all positions will be declared vacant. If you would like to contribute to the continued growth and direction of our Club, fill in the following notification form, have it signed and return it to the office address on the form at least 14 days prior to the meeting to allow inclusion in a nominations listing on the HSRCA website.

This is an important meeting, and apart from business is a great chance to catch up with friends and socialise.

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting in October.

It is an important time for the Club. We have made progress in the face of a number of challenges and we are uncovering more challenges. It is particularly helpful to hear your voice on these matters and sense where the weight of support lies the directions in which the Club might move. There is evident good will and much for members to give thought to. The historic motorsport market place is undergoing change on many fronts, not just within clubs. There seems to be a new development every month even since the last newsletter!

The AGM will not be the only item for the night. David Williamson has a presentation on tyre barriers on which he would welcome support. It is, equally, an important time to get together and share thoughts. Whilst there will be opportunity to do that in formal proceedings the before and after discussions are just as important, and to encourage that participation in those discussions the meal is on the house.
